Unfortunately, there is a culture of inflating services beyond what the automobile truly needs. Overcharging for services is the norm. Something is always wrong with your automobile and you need additional services. And gullible customers are taken advantage of.
Managers are shady and rude. Stay far away from this dealership.
Had a terrible experience at Days Chevrolet in Acworth, Ga. The salesman Jeff gave us a price on our trade in, and agreed to a final sales price which was on their website (and I have pictures of it)... which was lowered even more by the Costco discount....so we agreed on the phone just 30 minutes before we got there...but after test driving it, he sat us down and said, the price on their website was a mistake and he would not honor it...we would have to pay 2000.00 more!....so of course we left and will never buy a vehicle... read more

I was sitting in the parking lot and I called service. I talked to Pete the fan selector on my heat wouldn’t work so on this very cold morning I thought I’d drive up to Ganley and see if I can get my van in there. Pete very professional he said it’s really cold out. I will try to get you in. I don’t think I was there two hours brand new heat selector little costly but I need it done now. I’m nice and toasty as I drive my van. The reason for four stars was only because I had to drop almost $1000 but it’s fixed and I’m happy.

I’ve brought my Cadillac Escalade to Giant Chevrolet Cadillac four times for a seat that wouldn’t recline or move forward, and the issue is still not resolved. I was charged $2,200 for a seat base, only to be told afterward that the recline still didn’t work and another $800 part was needed.
