4/20/26: Setting up service online was easy. Chris Hahn did a good job checking me in and keeping me informed, including a video of my car's tire and brake pad depths. Service was done in the estimated time frame and as a bonus, the car was washed and floor mats cleaned. Since this first service for my Equinox Ev was included when I purchsed the car from Fitzgerald, there was no charge. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I had one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever dealt with, involving the following “managers” Paul Angel, Rob Buaynstein, Jason Buts, and Mussa Fowl. I live in Virginia and went through the full process of purchasing a vehicle from this Maryland dealership in good faith.
