They do a good job. Very reputable. Recently added a 3% credit card fee. Pricing is getting more expensive unfortunately.
We had a great experience working with Xavier (saleman), their sales manager and finance manager when we went in yesterday in our early search for our next vehicle. They all understood where we were in the buying process and knew we were still in the early/exploratory phases. They were very respectful of that, did not push us to make a decision, and were happy to answer all of our questions. When we are ready to make a purchase, we will be glad to work with them again! Dropped off my vehicle at 7:15 am on a Friday for a scheduled appointment. Called at 2 pm for an update and didn’t hear back until two hours later, only to be told they hadn’t even looked at it and were “hoping” to get to it by Saturday afternoon—leaving me without a vehicle all day when I could’ve scheduled differently. Incredibly disappointed with this dealership. After purchasing a vehicle with Fitzgerald in 2024, we came back for another purchase. My husband had worked out a deal with the sales manager, they shook hands, and even began signing paperwork. Then, the manager got a call, and withdrew the offer. Whether he negotiated in bad faith or made an honest mistake, the deal should have been honored once it was agreed upon. Instead, he let my husband walk out of the door, and we made our purchase elsewhere.
