Wonderful pre-leasing experience. Our current lease is winding down on our BMW and we’re ahead of the curve doing research on what will be our next family vehicle. We met Marlon Rose, and he was awesome. Marlon took the time (in 25F temperatures) to walk us around the Cadillac fully electric vehicles, answer our multitude of questions, and served as both a navigation as well as a tech guru during our test drive. Phone calls and First visit was nice enough Incredibly lowballed in trade and ended up leaving empty handed. Sold my vehicle to another dealer for over 10k more and called back to discuss a deal moving forward without trade and was ghosted with false promises of call backs..a No is fine wasting a buyers time is not.....
