Phone calls and First visit was nice enough Incredibly lowballed in trade and ended up leaving empty handed. Sold my vehicle to another dealer for over 10k more and called back to discuss a deal moving forward without trade and was ghosted with false promises of call backs..a No is fine wasting a buyers time is not..... We brought our SUV here as we were concerned about a couple things that we thought might need to be serviced. We’re introduced to Tom in the service department. Tom was very professional; he was approachable, knowledgeable and made sure all the things I asked him to look at while our SUV was there were looked at. He got all the necessary work done, in good time and washed the vehicle before we picked it up.
