Good service but very expensive (labor)
I’ve been bringing my 2023 Cadillac Escalade to this dealership for all of my service needs over the past three years since purchasing the vehicle, and until now I had generally good experiences. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The service receptionist, Kim Earley, was very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a customer here for oil changes and regular service, but this experience was disappointing. I was quoted $1,800 for front and rear brakes after my car sat there for several hours. I called another dealership and got the same service quoted at $1,300. When I asked about the difference, I was told I needed to bring a written quote for them to consider matching it. I had to take my Cadillac for a recall service at this location couple days ago the staff were very nice and fixed my car quickly even though they said it might take a bout two hours. I received my car less than one hour and I was very pleased with there jobs. Mechanics were super nice and the service department staff were amazing 🤩
