I had to take my Cadillac for a recall service at this location couple days ago the staff were very nice and fixed my car quickly even though they said it might take a bout two hours. I received my car less than one hour and I was very pleased with there jobs. Mechanics were super nice and the service department staff were amazing 🤩

My family and I were on our way back from a family vacation in PA, going back to VA. Our 2021 Escalade had transmission issues right away, and we were forced to stop about 2 hours into our 6 hour trip at Fitzgerald Cadillac in Frederick.
