I’ve been going to Zak for a few months now. He does a great job of pushing your body but not to the point you’re too sore to go back the next day. I’ve seen great strength improvements and appreciate the attention he gives to utilizing multiple different workouts to engage all muscles.
Zak is an excellent trainer and is super encouraging! He teaches you how to do the correct form and is very knowledgeable on targeting different areas in the body and muscle groups. Also, he helps and suggest incorporating different food groups in your diet to have it more balanced. He is very passionate about helping his clients! I highly recommend
Zak is by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with - he makes sure to keep it fun and challenging! He tailors every exercise to individual needs, even in a group setting, and is extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!
Zak has helped me so much with developing a workout program that works for me and my back problems. The workouts are effective, dynamic and challenging! He has also helped me with healthy eating.
I’ve been training with Zak for over 6 months now and love it! He is so knowledge about fitness and the body. My goal was to trim up, get stronger and have better balance. I’ve progressed in all those areas including better eating habits! Looking forward to 2020 and getting even stronger with Zak!
I've been training with Zak for a couple of months now and I'm so happy I made the decision to! I had surgery and was out of the gym for awhile. Zak has been so patient with me while I'm still dealing with some issues! He is so knowledgeable on what I need to get healthy again!!!
I highly recommend Zak at FitYes Fitness. Everyone is very positive and upbeat, and very motivational. The gym is very well equipped. Zak’s workouts with clients are tailored to each client’s needs. I get a very good workout because of Zak’s professionalism and extensive knowledge of nutrition and knowledge of the body’s musculoskeletal system ; and how all these elements work together. A client can learn about nutrition, how the body really works; and the benefits one can gain from being disciplined to workout.
Zak is one of the best trainers I’ve had the pleasure to learn from. He listens to my fitness goals and created a workout plan that would work best for me. He has helped me develop better and safer forms on compound lifts. Zak pushes me at a conformable and challenging pace. His positive attitude encourages me to stay consistent to meet my goals.
Zak's knowledge on fitness is the best I have seen and I have had many trainers throughout the years. He really cares about his clients success and I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
