Great workouts in Evolution, small group and Pilates. Gym full of equipment to train on your own if you wish to. Experienced Trainers on staff.
Had a great workout tonight with Tyler. Diane and Jeff. ( I hope I got his name right) did an awesome job. Love working on pull ups.

Love how spacious the facility is and the amount of equipment provided. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well!
Absolutely love coming here. Have awesome Olympic weights that allow for great power lifts like power cleans, deadlifts, split jerks, snatches, etc. staff is very nice and always accommodating and always say good morning/afternoon/evening which you don't normally get from big gyms. I would definitely recommend working out at this gym!

Fitworkz has become my home away from home. I'm there at least once a day 7 days a week! I tell everyone I know they should go check it out. I know it can be intimidating starting a new gym but the Fitworkz staff and members make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They will answer your questions and help with whatever is needed. Plus they are open 24/7 so there's no excuses! Weather you goal is to just be healthy or to compete at body building Fitworkz is the RIGHT FIT!!
