Subject: Complaint Regarding a Staff Member’s Personal Space and Behavior Dear Gym Management, I would like to report a recurring issue with one of the cleaning staff members. He is an older man, large in build, walks with a noticeable limp, and has a very stern and intimidating appearance. Love this place. Its close to where I'm working now. I belong to LA Fitness but this is really convenient.

Horrible service, not clean in bathroom (mens room). Plates and dumbells are hard to find because they are no where near the racks. The rubber covered dumbells are falling apart. No machines were down and I didnt see any torn pads on machines so that was good. I reached out for management (in pic) to make it right and nothing..guess ill keep looking for a local gym.... wont be back.
