Great place. I go after hours , nice atmosphere.. clean facility. Many equipments . I enjoy the 24/7 operation due to my busy schedule.
Dirty, smells terrible, equipment is old, people are rude.
Excellent equipment. Clean, well maintained and patrons that work out and leave.
I have tried twice now to cancel our membership. I have been charged twice after being told on the phone that our membership has successfully been canceled. Just filed a dispute with my bank for unauthorized charges.
Love my Fitworks, Rocky River. Michael and the staff are exceptionally helpful and my trainer Oronde is the best! I have been here three years now.
