This gym is really clean and well kept. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with all the staff members. I’ve now cancelled so here are a few of the cons: 1. My kids are 6 and 4. They would come with me to the gym almost daily and we’d utilize the day care. My kids complained most days that the only toys in there were baby toys? In addition to that, the “teacher” that was there most days, often didn’t even say hello or goodbye to me when dropping off the kids/picking them up because she was always on her phone. They just send u to collections after your year membership dont go here and pay for a yearly membership. go to planet fitness instead where for the same price u can take a friend for free.
Horrible. Absolute nightmare with cancellation issue, which there is now a mark on my credit because nobody actually canceled my membership when I called in. Hadn't used this gym in 6 plus months last year. Now i'm dealing with a collection agency because nobody would get back to me. No store manager or regional manager has gotten back to me, to this day.
