bought no bs oats mango flavour... pathetic taste and full of artificial fragrance. asked support to help/refund rather they get into argument and multiple email exchange... customer happiness comes at last for them.. i am editing the review again after receiving fittr response... here i am simply telling how bad and pathetic the product is and they keep telling product has no defect and spoilage... they could not handle a negative feedback not sure how they improve the product. what i mentioned on the email has no relations... read more

DO NOT BUY: Defective Ring and Pathetic Support My Fittr Hart Ring stopped working, but their customer service is the real nightmare. Fittr’s courier negligently picked up the wrong package (an Amazon parcel) instead of verifying the return item. Over a month later, Fittr takes zero accountability for their logistics failure. Instead of fixing it, they blame us and refuse to process the refund for the incorrectly picked-up item. Save your money and avoid Fittr!

I booked a blood test through FITTR assuming that the quality of the service would be top-notch. I later found out that FITTR has tie-ups with different third-party labs for sample collection, which is completely fine.
