Their support team is not customer friendly. Their documentation for mentees is also outdated. Wish they spend some money and time training their customer service staff. The app has several bugs and does not sync steps correctly.

Have seen good results in last 2 months, coach is very helpful. Uploading calories can be better though, otherwise live the app.
Please be extremely careful while working with Fittr and choosing the coach. Fittr takes no guarantee or give assurance on the quality of coaches. They do not ensure that the coaches are well trained and knows how to provide trainings. Anyone can do any certification and can join in. You will end up paying thousands and will keep hanging for class completions because after taking clients from Fittr, they start giving private classes by giving away your slots.
