I absolutely love the Fitt Zone and Chris! I have tried so many gyms and work out options, this is the only place I have stuck with and enjoyed so much. Chris is an excellent trainer and motivator, I feel so blessed to have found Fitt Zone. I would highly recommend trying this place out, it could be a life changer like it has been for me!! I have been training with Chris for 5 years. He is the only person I have met so far that can whip me into shape over and over and never give up on me. When I first tried boot camp I thought I would never get used to it, but Chris always says don't say "I can't " or "never".He has a great workout program that with get you the goals you are looking for.
