Best gym ever! Gary and Kali are amazing!!!
Love this gym, the management team always takes care of its customers and treats you as family. Always working to improve the place and going the extra step. Cali is always willing help customers no matter what her current task is ... if you come here you'll definitely love it
The staff could use a class on how to act professional to gym patrons. Kali getting loud threatening to cancel my membership for talking about going to another gym to a fellow member. Is beyond crazy. The gym is also not clean in the slightest.Tried reaching out to the owner but ended up getting terminated. Would not recommend :)
I love the Fitstop in Niles !!! Gary is an awesome owner !!! He try’s and get every piece of machinery his people want !! It’s a very clean gyms gym !!! Kali the receptionists/trainer is the best in the business !!! Thank you for everything you do !!!!
