Gym that has a great location and has everything one would need - plyometric, machines, free weights, body building support racks, cardio, etc. Mixture of all kinds of people who are looking to lift/exercise. Been coming here for a few years now, really enjoy this place.

Excellent customer service, also a clean gym, clean bathrooms, clean changing rooms. The majority of the members treat each other like family. Most of them know each other, live in the areas and neighborhoods. Started going to the gym a few years ago, and enjoy the atmosphere. The members are great, and the staff is helpful and respectful to them. It’s an affordable local gym for all of us and we are grateful to have them here. Gary is an awesome owner. Listens to his clients, takes suggestions seriously. Maintains a very clean gym and genuinely cares about the community there and in Niles in general, but the gym environment is horrible. It's very gossipy, most of the people who go to this gym spend more time talking shit about other members, than they do working out. The environment lacks motivation, and it's frustrating to see the staff at the desk feed into the gossip like it's high school.
