I started going to Erick ‘s gym 5 years ago then life got busy and I quit going. Fast forward a few years..now I’ve been back for about 6 months. I’ve lost 10 pounds and a few inches so far. Mostly by just exercising. This is the first gym where I feel comfortable about working out.
