I found this place simply because it was close to me at the time, I had been getting hurt whenever I worked out alone and decided the trainer route was for me. Within a year, not only was I no longer getting injured, I knew why I was getting injured in the past and how to prevent it in the future. Oh, and I was also stronger than I had ever been in my life. This studio changed my life.

This gym has been an incredible place to train. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and there’s a great mix of machines, free weights, and cardio options. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, and the overall atmosphere is motivating without feeling intimidating. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, it’s a supportive environment that helps you stay consistent and focused on your goals. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive and results-driven workout space.

One of the nicest boutique gyms I've ever been to! And Lara is definitely the best PT I've ever worked with. Lots of injuries to work through and work around from years of combat sports and getting older 😂😂 I've seen tremendous growth working with Lara over the years.
