Fitopia has been super for me. Omar and Jillian do an outstanding job getting you a full workout with EMS in 20 min. For those short on time this is an excellent choice for staying in shape. I enjoy going and feel great afterwards. I used to hate working out. Now, it is fun to connect with Omar and Jillian and be done in 20 minutes. I leave home, workout, and return home all within one hour. I have more stamina and increased strength all in a 20 minute workout.
I’ve been doing this for almost 2 years and have brought in half a dozen others. The workouts are beneficially impactful on muscle density, cardio, subcutaneous fat reduction and joint pain. Omar, the owner, and his staff are engaging, flexible and tailor workouts to each person. I strongly recommend Fitopia to anyone either with time constraints or are looking to get stronger, healthier and in the best overall shape of their lives! Oh and the workouts are strenuous but are fun as well.
I didn’t expect to enjoy Fitopia as much as I do! I’m sore (in a good way) and leave more energized and happy after my visits. I actually look forward to going! Thanks, Omar!
Fitopia has given me a totally new look at working out. I always hated working out till I ran across Fitopia and Omar. EMS provides a fantastic workout in a short 20 minutes, I leave, workout, and return home all within an hour. Hard to say I don’t have time. Omar is a great trainer and owner. I have had shoulder surgery and he found a way to keep me in the gym while making sure my shoulder was taken care of. I highly recommend Fitopia in West Chester. Well worth your time.
