Fitness4ward has helped me so much and I haven’t been there a full year yet. I’ve been to the big, large corporate gyms and they haven’t come close to what Fitness4ward has done for me in that short amount of time. I’ve had type 2 diabetes since 2010 and been on insulin since 2014. Within the last 7 months because of the exercise and the coaching between Keith and Jon, I’m no longer in insulin injections!
