RecommendedI started personal training here a couple of weeks ago. I am a person who needs to be held accountable to get to the gym so I made the leap and I am so glad I did. George is super knowledgeable, friendly and Accommodating. The group fitness classes are small and kick your butt but are not so crazy that you can’t move for a week and don’t want to come back. 5 stars.
They are the BEST my 3 yr old does Karate here and They are soo good with her We are always treated like we are Family .
I have been going for a lot of years. You will get an awesome workout and you will have fun doing it. Highly recommend.
