Great place, great atmosphere! Started there 13 years ago because I had a newborn and a toddler and they offered childcare (and not just any ole childcare - awesome childcare). Despite a few hiatuses here and there, it's always were I return!! No matter your fitness level, size, or age, it's always a welcoming place to be :-)
I love Fitness Zone. The classes are awesome and what keep me motivated to keep coming. Body pump is my favorite cause I love lifting weights. The teachers are Kate and Heather and there amazing at what they do!!! I wouldn't go to any other gym. And the best part is, it's less then 5 minutes from my house!!!!
