Ivy is the best, she is a great helper, she introduced me to the plans and helped me taking the best decision
Solange is such a great trainer! I have been training with for years. She makes programs that suit my needs. Solange has to ajust them sometimes for me if it is too challenging. She always has an alternative. Solange takes the time to welcome me when I get to the gym and to greet me before I leave. She knows my needs and we take the time to interact between exercises.
