This place is wonderful classes are awesome! Great location and equipment.
It is a wonderful place. The people are wonderful. I know it's really helped me. They have some of the best exercise equipment you cold ever need. I like the idea it's ladies only. You are not pushed to go beyond your limit.
Used to go here 3 years ago I loved it ! Great trainers and great place to go very clean , nice people love it .
Love the staff, the classes and the other participants!
