I love coming here but can't understand why it's so hard to make sure the lights get turned on at a reasonable time in the parking lot when it gets dark out early now. There's to many elderly people that come here and might fall trying to get to their car. Getting told you don't know how to turn them on. Maybe Corporate needs to come and see why.

Nothing like trying to cancel a contract from Texas because you moved. Thrilled I get to pay for the rest of my contract without using it. Try getting a better website to actually do stuff on? This is 2017; who the hell doesn’t have a website to cancel on? 👍🏼
Very terrible customer service. Cancelled my membership and they are still charging me. They also won't let you cancel you membership at the gym.
I just wanna say thank you for taking my money without my consent out of my bank account which btw my bank has been notified about it and its not the first time that this has happened with fitness USA :) so the banks are on to you people :) and also for signing me up in June for a years subscription. When I haven't even set foot in there since April. I just want people to know what a fraud you people are! :) u dont even deserve a one star but that's the lowest rating and I want people to know what they are getting into
I have been told the old manager {male} took funds from the business that were to be used for improvements. Now all that is working for me is whirlpool. The dry heat room works ok, but I can't use that. So I get in the whirlpool after a time I need to cool off. now that the pool is down, again I have to cool down in the shower. And that does not work so goo, for me. I have been a member since the early 1970s, I worked at the very first Fitness Spa. Then they built 3 new ones. This is the last of the 3 left.
