Christy makes the workout fun and challenging. She is always very organized and had great variety in the workouts. The equipment is well maintained and the facilities are top notch. I would highly recommend Christy's classes

Christy makes boot camp challenging and fun at the same time. She is attentive to me personally and makes working out worth the early morning drive to FTU! Love it!!
Boot camp and kickboxing with Christy is amazing! Prior to meeting Christy and participating in group classes at FTU, my husband and I didn't stay with a fitness plan. We've been attending every week for 2 years now and it's made a huge, positive impact on our lives.
Christy makes class fun while kicking your butt! It's a different workout every class. I've been with FTU program for over 2 years now. I've been able to make healthy lifestyle changes with her encouragement and direction and stick to them. If something isn't working, she'll give ideas of other things to try. Christy Mishler is a brilliant trainer. She is very skilled at reading her students abilities and has great instinct on how hard to push them during a workout. My strength and stamina has increased exponentially under her tutelage. I love her style and will utilize her services indefinitely.
Christy is AWESOME!!! Only fitness workout I've been able to stick to. Been doing this with her since she started 6yrs ago. She truly cares about you as a person & helps you to meet your goals. She is an amazing woman!!
