Abby is very supportive and a joy to workout with! She watches my form, which is why I chose to go with a personal trainer, and keeps me on the right track. Rufus is also very professional and supportive. Great group of trainers all around.

It was just a few clicks online until I found FT, I wish I did that much earlier. I’ve been training with Leonie at this studio and she’s been amazing. Her energy is contagious, she’s professional, supportive, and knows exactly how to motivate me. Every session I leave feeling stronger, more confident, physically challenged, but mentally recharged. Honestly, finding this studio and working with Leonie has made a real difference in both my body and mindset. Highly recommend!
