Fitness Together's approach is excellent. Proper training to improve strength, balance and overall fitness without the dangers of injury. Terrific for all ages, men and women. The trainers have the background to serve every need of every client. Consider the fee you pay an investment that pays great dividends.
Ryan exceeded every expectation we had when my mom started training sessions at Fitness Together Novi. I have been with Fitness Together for the past 6 months. I see consistent improvement in my strength and fitness. I am lucky to have Coach Kyle as my personal trainer for most of my sessions. He is paying attention to smallest details and help me do the exercises properly which is very important as I have not been exposed to Gym or exercises in my earlier life. I have been going to Fitness Together for several years and have continued to be happy with my trainer (Ian) and the business. As I get older, I have been focused on strength training, including decreasing body weight and increasing muscle mass. They are great at listening and are helpful in focusing on your goals ...making it an enjoyable and productive workout.
