I love that my trainers are equipped with the knowledge they need to make modifications to my exercise routine when I have a joint or a muscle that is hurting. They still work the same muscle but in a modified way. They have trained me to listen to my body and they in turn listen to me. Incredibly encouraging as well.
Ali has been beyond an amazing trainer! I have loved working with her. I came to personal training wanting to keep active and fit through pregnancy. I am in awe of how good I feel body and activity wise, and I owe it all to Ali. She's so thoughtful as a trainer and thorough in making sure my workouts have progressed to what my body needs at each stage. She's also just a delightful person and has always made our time together training fun!
Fitness Together is a wonderful organization. Our exercise trainer, Chris Hunter. Has been phenomenal. He does wonderful assessments and then puts a well-thougth plan of care in place. He is very.encouraging and supportive. Is excellent in including our caregiver in all that he does We are so grateful for all of his wonderful contribution to Poppy's health and well-being. Many thanks also to Kevin Pitts who was our initial contact.
Kevin is awesome! Everyone should train here. I’ve exceeded all fitness goals and will continue to come here for a long time
