The best investment in myself I have ever made. After years of spending way too much for a gym membership I decided to buy a package and work with Fitness Together two times a week. I have never felt so great. Add to the fact that the staff here is absolutely wonderful as well as the other patrons. I look forward to getting up at 5:00 a.m. to do a 6:00 a.m. workout and start the day with so many positive people. Every trainer I have worked with here has been spectacular.

I’ve been going to this gym for 10 years, and it has been a consistently positive part of my life. Paul K and his staff have created a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable environment that makes working out something I genuinely look forward to. Excellent trainers: they are all very knowledgeable and experienced. They did a great job of designing a workout that fits my current fitness level and to help me achieve my goals. They are also a very friendly bunch, making the workout sessions enjoyable! The place itself is clean, both the workout area and the changing rooms/ showers, and plentiful and functional equipment. I recommend to all, unreservedly!

My wife and I have trained at FT Arlington for nearly four years with an outstanding experience. Workouts are tailored to each client's personal goals. We've primarily worked with Sarah, who has been fantastic in helping us meet our goals year after year. We've also had great experiences with Kenly, Michael, and Dylan. The gym is flexible with scheduling and offers reasonable rates compared to others in the area. We highly recommend FT Arlington for personalized training.
