I'm a 10 year customer after years at the big fitness places. What I love: Trainers are well trained by the owner prividing a consistent, professional and well planned workout no matter who you work with. You can stick with one trainer or rotate, which I do, providing more variety. They pay close attention to your form to maximize benefit as the body akways wants to "cheat".
