Great gym. The staff is great. Love the classes.
Classes are GREAT!! Not only are they instructing you as a class but will also show you how to do something correctly if you are not in the correct position so you don't hurt yourself.
Amazing!! Just tried it out today. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the wonderful management. I was hesitant to come because I am only home for a week or two (military) and really didn’t want to pay for a full month, but they offer a short term member fee!! This is VERY convenient and nice for those that are in Claremore visiting family and still want to keep up their fitness. I would absoluting recommend this gym to anyone �
