I love being a member of Fitness South! I love the convenience of 24hr access. I love that there’s a great variety of machines and cardio equipment. Being a Certified Fitness Professional, I have been a part of several different gyms all over the nation in my life and I always appreciate friendly welcoming staff and a diverse member environment. Excellent facility...excellent employees/manager...had all the necessary weight lifting and cardio equipment. Conveniently located off of Alabama Hwy 69. I definitely recommend the gym!

My wife and I joined Fitness South close to two weeks ago. We are new to the area and we were looking for a gym with a good facility, and great child care. That is something that is hard to find! We heard about Fitness South and decided to check it out. We were greeted by David, and he made us feel so welcome. He gave us a tour of the facility and introduced us to all of the staff.
