Chris Davies truly cares about each persons goal to better their health, physical image and strength. He is a great trainer and is a good friend. Jeff and I enjoy our 2 hours a week with him.

I drive by Fitness Solutions every day on my way to work. Yesterday, I finally went. I'm glad I did. It was a great workout. It was only 45 minutes but I left feeling like I had a complete body workout. Joe and the others in the class made it an enjoyable experience. I look forward to the next class. Richard
Change your idea of working out! Doing the same thing over and over and expecting results will not work! Chris and the staff change the work out every class. Challenge yourself!!
