Very positive motivational but not competitive environment. Mashawn has a great attitude and way to get you to work your hardest without you even knowing it. Best training I have ever had.
I recently quit my gym, and started private training at FS! It's more than I planned to spend, but well worth it. I love that I don't have to pay a gym membership, AND pay for training- the training is your membership. I have virtually no muscle/fitness experience, and both Haylee and Mashawn have been super easy to work with, and very understanding of my experience level.
