RecommendedI would like to give a great big shout out to Joe Reagan and staff! I can highly recommend getting the personal training sessions with Joe, Adam, or Corin!! First of all, the personal one on one took away all the scariness of the gym and not knowing how to use the weight equipment. The workout summaries were so helpful too! I’ve been a member of this gym for probably 8 years and am getting more and more disappointed with this location. I wait long periods of time at the desk so I can use the tanning beds. The equipment is getting pretty old and not kept up, the newest piece of equipment is two years old and already starting to degrade quickly. From observing they only care about their little classes they hold and not their everyday members. The owner is obviously a good sales man as more people join, but is a horrible business man. RecommendedGreat place to workout. The grit and spin classes are tough. Instructors are excellent.
Recommendedstaff is very friendly and accommodating. I love that they are open 24 hours and the variety if classes they offer. and the included hydromassage is wonderful! I highly recommend this gym. 5 stars!
