Recommendedawesome gym need heavier dumbbells though
Team training classes really started me on the right track for my healthy lifestyle change. The trainers and staff are great!
I’ve been going back to this gym since June and using the team training. They are constantly adjusting to better themselves AND the members who are taking the classes to accommodate everyone. The staff is always friendly and says hello when you enter. I utilize the kids room and my kids love going there and I have no problems or worries when they are in there.
The place constantly has issues that are not fixed in a timely fashion. The lights didn’t work for about a month in the men’s locker room, the air didn’t work for at least two weeks during the summer and they are constantly having issues with the doors working. This is highly inconvenient considering I come before work at 430am.
Great experience, great staff.
I Do not recommend this place for anyone who has morals the owners are crooks. They continue to use people and then get rid of them when they're done with them or desired to do anything that the company deems as a way to better themselves. This company also has a long history a promising people Things they have no intention on delivery on.
Staff is friendly and the owner cares about each and every one of his members.
Love the atmosphere and the staff! Super accommodating for people with children! I am so glad I switched from planet fitness...this gym feels more intimate. I also love that their aren’t restrictions on how people are allowed to work out!
Love this Gym. Everyone treats you like family and they help you reach your fitness goals.
