World Gym is friendly and helpful in every way.. I had a membership here and when it ran out I wish I could have rejoined.They were always friendly and helpful.When i can find another source of income i will rejoin.sincerely pam manilla
Crooked...read the fine pint even if they don't tell you. Horrible experience. Used the membership for 6-7 months. We had a two year memebership. At the end of the membership they kept charging. Then in the second month after the contract, I explained they had made a mistake and charged my card. I asked to speak to the manager (which of course, never around after 6 PM). I left a message. I do not get a follow up phone call so I think everything is square. Being a nice person I let go the charge go. WRONG! We get another bill... read more
Great gym Great workout facility! The staff are always helpful. There are several workout areas and plenty machines.
very bad buisness practices i joined the new gallatin world gym and they stated i could use this one on my days off due to not wanting to drive as far as long as i used a travel pass,i got one and was refused service.i called main office and all they could say was well they were supposed to let you in but they didnt because u joined the express but next time u can go in,i cancelled my contract with them all togeather!
Great Fitness Experience I joined the goodlettsville World Gym a few months ago. I have had a great weight loss experience with this location. The staff are all really friendly and eager to help you in any way that they can. I also have a 7 month old baby that recieves wonderful care in their day care. It's just a wonderful place to work out and relax.
