I just recently became the new owner of a gym and contacted FMT for maintenance. Troy Stephens came out and impressed me right away! Very thorough, Knowledgeable and personable! Fast service! Super knowledgeable! Stayed extra time to make sure our elliptical machine would work under normal conditions so ran it for 20 minutes (instead of just replacing the part and racing off to the next job). Great service! Thank you!
Troy, our technician, was prompt, efficient and professional. He arrived on time, resolved the issue with our elliptical and it runs much smoother now perhaps better than when it was new. We highly recommend this company and would use them again for our exercise equipment repairs!
