I really enjoy our Silver Sneakers classes at the Fitness Lodge. We have a good time exercising! Love our instructions Jessica and Hayley they keep us moving.
I love this place it has brought me joy & happiness I HAVE NOT BEEN ATTENDING MUCH B\C I HAD AN ILLNESS THAT PUT ME DOWN FOR AWHILE BUT I'M SLOWLY COMING OUT & DOING A LITTLE TO GET MY STRENGTH BACK BUT I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GYM THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS ITS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO BE THE FITNESS LODGE
Physical therapy was the greatest. They work with you on your personal doctors goals. All employees are kind and considerate. Beautiful environment and great equipment for your working out. Love the water arobics and classes for everyone and day care...what more do you want.....
