RecommendedI’m from this small Louisiana town called Bastrop. I Grew up in this building when it was the Moose Lodge, as my Grandparents were active members. I spent many summers in the pool you have beautifully ready for member use. I highly recommend the Fitness Lodge for you physical therapy. The staff is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to explain and make sure you completely understand what and why they have you doing these exercises. They are all very friendly with a laid back atmosphere making you feel comfortable.

Great People !! Very friendly staff and very professional. I took therapy for several years after accident at the Fitness Lodge. Now fixing start fitness program after lengthy illness...I would recommend their center
Classes water aerobics are the bomb and each class for seniors get you moving and physical therapy awesome
First time there, the young guy was friendly. He's excellent on making my protein shake. I will see you all next year
I loved it!! I attended a Zumba class yesterday taught by Jane Wallace. It was so fun and definitely feel it today.
Great zumba classes. Good weight machines.
