I love this gym! it's more of a small town feel. the staff and members are all so friendly! the nursery is a wonderful place for my kids as well!

I recommend silver sneakers, zumba, track and weights. Nice people, and very respectful. It's just not a place to exercise the body, but the mind too.
Just started this year and absolutely enjoy every workout. The staff is great and the classes offer nice comrades to go through the workouts with. A perfect place to be especially in the winter months when I am not able to be out there pounding the pavement
