I had such a great experience at this gym yesterday that I really wanted to take the time to write a review. The new owner, Pat, went above and beyond to help my friend and I get started with a workout routine. We haven't really been active in a gym in years and he made us feel completely comfortable and encouraged! I have been a member / affiliated with gyms in Cairo for the past 31 years. Pat and his staff have programs going on for everyone, no matter age or shape. He is very knowledgeable about physical fitness and physiology. Highly recommend them, whatever your goal may be.
Great place to work out. The staff is very helpful and the gym is clean. The classes are always fun and the instructors make you feel very comfortable. They are always adding new ways to get a great workout.
Just joined and they welcomed me and my family with no problem. I appreciated the tour and how they were willin to help us learn how to use some of the equipment
I definitely recommend Fitness Life to everyone! They make you feel welcomed no matter your fitness level and have a great selection of equipment! They also sell supplements like pre-workout, aminos, and protein powder. If you have never been, I urge you to drop by and check it out!
Worst place ever to work out. Unclean, mediocre equipment, and staff that makes you feel as if you’re being watch. And from my personal experience “worked out” with young women and it looked very inappropriate
I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gym. Pat and Phillip are so helpful and make you feel welcomed.
