I really like the one on one time they give you.
This gym is a good place to get started getting fit, working outand working your physique. I started here in August of '17, four and a half months. The atmosphere, equipment and the staff make it worth going more and more. I would definitely recommend this gym!
RecommendedMissy is great she helped me get a lil routine started until i can get in the groove of things since it was my first time.. And the facility is great also...
Balance and tone,also spin class.its all great.
I love Fitness Life!! I recommend many ppl to go there bc the machines are awesome I have been working out at Fitness life going on 7 wks and i have loss 13lbs!!
