Stopped in here for a day pass while I was in PCB for work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a whole lot of specialized strength equipment, specialty bars for powerlifting, kilo plates, and plate loaded machines. All the equipment is very well maintained. The machines that I used all had fluid motion with no binding along the range of motion. This place is a gem, and I’ll be back when I’m in the area.

Let’s be REALLY honest here. I was unaware my membership had expired; had any employee cared to tell me that, we wouldn’t have a problem. Instead, the owners chose to make a scene after telling me no one was able to help me figure out why my card wasn’t working for half an hour, which is half an hour I didn’t have to waste my time waiting on inattentive employees. It’s news to me that I’m banned, I guess they only ban people after they get bad reviews and make them not want to come back! Worst gym experience I’ve EVER had.

Great gym if you’re looking for a good workout. Layout is nice and good amenities, although not much room to stretch. I got a month membership to test the waters and see how I liked it. With that being said, the staff is lazy and inattentive. They won’t answer the phone and can’t answer simple questions about the gym. I go in to workout today and I am confronted by one of the gym goers who hands me the phone and says the owner is on the phone. Great gym, lots of variation in equipment and a great environment and energy. Good day pass prices and great front desk as well! Appreciate the workouts!
