Been doing private training here for a few months and Kelvin is the man. Every exercise I do is extremely well thought out and every session pushes me further. Couldn't be happier with the gym and all the staff are so friendly. They even have 2 very cute dogs that I get to play with at the end of the session. I can't lose
I was just visiting Toronto and decided to do a drop in class. I highly recommend this gym. Everything from the coaching to the equipment is great!
I joined Fitness Fusebox recently to get that push and have like minded people around me that you just don't get from training in your basement gym on your own. I have been loving the classes and the coaches, they're fun, they push me and are patient when I'm learning a new exercise. Can't recommend enough!
Highly recommend this place for crossfit! Great instructor, great people and great energy. Love petting the gym dogs as a post workout destress as well!
