The ONLY fitness COMMUNITY where I felt RIGHT AT HOME as soon as I walked in the door. Every person who walks through the door - new or old face is treated with dignity, respect and compassion for where they’re at!!!! I could not align more with a gym and their values ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 Coaches not only instil RESPECT, DISCIPLINE, and ACCOUNTABILITY but they also KNOW your POTENTIAL before you do- so don’t have an ego when you come here!!!! Gym Dogs MAY or may not have made me stay LOOOOLLLL🐾🙏🏻
What an AMAZING gym! Wonderful and welcoming community. The coaches are dedicated to each and everyone athlete, to get stronger and fitter and meet all of the athletes needs. Special thank you to Coach Mira and Coach Kelvin.
This gym is the best experience that I have ever had. Being a beginner I was hesitant at beginning about how I would lift weight or will I be able to do new movements properly but the Coaches over here are awesome they personally teach you and push you when you feel like you can’t do it anymore and that really helps. Its been a month now and I can see drastic changes in me, I stay active all day with full energy and that feeling after gym is the best ♥️.
