I love this gym it's great for all your workouts. Always clean and ready to use. Awesome staff members that say hello with love and kindness. Fave gym.

Ever since I have joined this gym I have lost 12 pounds with the amazing classes Monday-Thursday. The trainer's here are awesome and so helpful. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone. I am so glad that I joined and started changing how I workout and what I eat.
The ABSOLUTE best gym! Excellent, knowledgable and caring staff! The group fitness classes are a great way to stay motivated and learn new things! Can't say enough great things about FFHW!
