RecommendedFitness Factory has top notch customer service! The staff is very helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate you. The home gym I purchased was also the cheapest price I could find online for the model I bought (the big A & Wally World were more). When I went to check out Live help even gave me an additional 10% off coupon code; which i thought was an amazing touch. I would most definitely purchase from these folks again. They have very nice equipment, affordable prices, free shipping, and excellent customer service.

Wonderful people and absolutely stand behind the products that they sell. We purchased an elliptical from Tony a number of years ago and was so helpful today in getting us set up with free replacement parts from the manufacturer. This was above and beyond what we expected, We will be coming back for our next purchase of fitness equipment!!!
