This is the BEST GYM!!! They have free samplings of products on Mondays, Everyone helps everyone, there is so much equipment to accommodate all needs. Whether you are young or old, fit, or just starting, the Fitness Factory has something for you!

Editing my review: they're making a lot of good changes. Love the vibes of the place. The equipment was pretty dated and I struggled to get a full range of motion on a lot of machines, but they're adding tons of new equipment that is all top notch. Once the last of the renovations wrap up, I'll be happy to edit my 4 star review to a 5. Best gym in and around Williamsport by far. Ryan is a great owner who is constantly improving the gym in many different ways. The trainers are all well experienced and extremely nice. Over the past four years that I’ve been going to the gym the staff has always been polite and respectful. The atmosphere is great and all of the members are friendly and welcoming. If you have not checked fitness factory out I highly suggest you do, it is also far better than both of the colleges school gyms.
