The most exciting thing about coming back to Northern CA was coming back to my favorite gym. So impressed with everything Chris has done here! The staff is wonderful, the environment is welcoming, and the set up is great!
I travel a long way to train at this gym. Nice people, good equipment, low stress. They have good classes even though I'm pretty much just a weights and indoor cycle guy. For anyone looking for a great gym, this is the place.
