This is a well run gym with a wide range of classes included with the membership and newer equipment. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love Melinda’s Zumba Gold class, a low impact version.
I can do what ever I want👍

i like going too the anderson family fitness . they are friendly i love going too VENUS'S class .she takes the time too work with you . very one that is in venus class are friendly and they welcome you in . i am so glad that i go too venus's class. i get the work that i been looking for.
