I've belonged to many fitness centers over the years, most recently Gold's Gym. I switch to PF for a number of reasons and glad I did. They have everything I want and need, except a scale. And the price is right. It could use a couple more duplicate free weights as well. Great, clean place and friendly staff.
Fitness Evolution is my fav thus far. Planet Evolution swallowed them at the location i am at so I decided to stay and go through the transition of the change over. It's chill there. I know this is weird... I like Fitness Evolutions color scheme and lighting better it felt warmer and lighter which had an uplifting feeling. The planet fitness i go to has very dim lighting and is kinda dark. The fitness instructor's voice volume is really loud and distracting even with my ear buds in. Friendly staff, classes don't require a more expensive (than basic) membership, not crowded. Haven't been to a different gym (other than Fitness Evolution), so I have nothing else to compare it with (hence the 4 vs. 5).
Rude customer service, being charged for a membership I have cancellation papers for. Happy to be with Anytime Fitness now.
Not so crowded. Good working machines and offers free exercise class. The staffs are fantastic. I just wish they could also open 24 hours everyday.
