I love going to this gym. The staff is great, they are friendly and helpful.
they don't have any security in their parking lot my car was broken into 3 weeks ago and all the manager can say was I'm soooooooo sorry 800 dollars worth of repairs later I've canceled my membership I don't think the management gives a hoot prowling thieves at 5AM in their parking lot is enough for me too say bye bye it's a sad situation on Aurora Avenue and its not good for business

I love this gym! I had heard mixed things about other locations, but the price is great and it is near my house, so I gave it a shot. It's clean and has good equipment, but the real star hear is class instructor Rachelle. She is THE BEST. She makes a point to remember everyone in the gym's name, uses her contagious enthusiasm to pull in people to the classes, and makes us work our butts off. It's the best part about the whole place. I love going.
I have lost 20 lbs since joining on February 1st. The staff is helpful and the atmosphere is chill.
