This team is the best in town! They literally have every tool you need when going through the home buying process.
For 9 dollars per month it was not a bad deal. My son quickly outgrew the facility and we had to switch to a place with more options.
This place needs to be nicer to potential customers. They are not nice to anyone who is a guest and is working out with friends. They keep throwing deals at you and expect you to cave as well.
I sent an email to cancel my membership on 5/13/16 and on 6/2 was charged dues of $47.99. When I called I was told I had to send a certified letter to cancel. I asked why they didn't respond to the email and she didn't answer. I feel ripped off.
Me and my boyfriend workout here it has a nice layout with a variety of machines. The gym is up to date and super clean.
This is a great place to go for a basic workout. No pool or extras really, just the basics. It is rarely busy so for the price, it is a good value. We have had some issues with the direct billing but was finally straightened out. It did take my wife quiet a while to get a hold of someone at the corporate office. The local staff is pleasant however. And helpful.
The gym is well kept. The training time that comes with a membership is very helpful but very intense. The other patrons are not the kind of people that put make up on and their best clothes to work out. These are nice normal people looking to get in a quick work out. We did have one problem when we ended our memberships (3) for lack of use-they kept billing us even after I called repeatedly to get them to stop and to reimburse us. I wanted a cheap gym for 3 months so I thought this was the gym. They told me when signed up, no contract, I could pay for my three months in advance and then when it was up I wouldn't have to cancel or give notice or anything, just stop paying. Well three months went by, I was automatically charged for the 4th month on my card (they didn't tell me it was staying on file when I prepaid months 1-3) plus a $5 fee which was unknown to me. I just recently discovered fitness evolution, my best friend has a membership. I like that ive been able to see how I like the atmosphere of the gym by going with her because of the free passes members get per month. I like the vibe of the place and the quality of the equipment they have to offer. Being that I was an athlete, gyms weren't really for me because i don't like dealing with the "crowds" of people but it isn't too busy even at peak hours.
