Friendly staff, classes don't require a more expensive (than basic) membership, not crowded. Haven't been to a different gym (other than Fitness Evolution), so I have nothing else to compare it with (hence the 4 vs. 5).
Rude customer service, being charged for a membership I have cancellation papers for. Happy to be with Anytime Fitness now.
You guys couldn't give members in sterling va a notice ahead of time that you guys were switching to plant fitness. Now we have to go cancel our membership in person if we want to cancel. Makes no sense to me? Its sad that you guys couldn't even let your own worker know till the the day you guys had switched that they no longer have a job, terrible management.
I love the Silver Sneakers classes! Seem to be getting a tad full but just making more friends!
