No steam room no sauna. Corp office removed them. But kept membership prices the same. Sorry.. I quit. 4 year member gone :D BUT don't worry found a new gym

I joined for the circuit training and its great! Great patient instructor and management and staff are very polite and helpful... All machines are clean and good working order. Would reccomend FI to anyone looking for a good place to meet those health goals!!

It is a great gym, the staff is friendly, and it is very clean.
Horrible Customer Service, Sue the bookkeeper doesn’t care in the least at trying to help or keep customers, I spent a lot of time explaining our situation with letting our son use our card for his membership dues and the fact that he moved away almost 2 months ago and our card keeps getting charged, she basically said it doesn’t matter, we don’t cancel memberships over the phone it’s in person or by mail...not even email. JUST WOW �

Fitness Evolution is my fav thus far. Planet Evolution swallowed them at the location i am at so I decided to stay and go through the transition of the change over. It's chill there. I know this is weird... I like Fitness Evolutions color scheme and lighting better it felt warmer and lighter which had an uplifting feeling. The planet fitness i go to has very dim lighting and is kinda dark. The fitness instructor's voice volume is really loud and distracting even with my ear buds in.
