I love that it has the most equipment in town so I can get the workout I really want. I go in the mornings and that crowd of people are awesome. everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I get to exchange workout tips with people and we show eachother new stuff often. if you see me in there feel free to say hi and if you want some ab work outs, I'm your gal!
